The Pyrenees: Biking with dad
Summary
A 6-day blast through France and northern Spain with my dad, including the Trans Euro Trail and exploring the Pyrenees for the first time. Needless to say, we didn't have enough time to explore things properly (as much as we would have loved to) but we went on the trip anyway, and I'm really glad we did!
My dad had originally planned this trip with Uncle Paul in 2020, but, due to Covid, the trip was postponed each year thereafter. When 2022 rolled around, Uncle Paul couldn't commit to the trip anymore, so I bought his ferry ticket off him. So, instead of having a cool, best-friend-for-life, uncle-like figure to enjoy the trip with, my dad had me; his annoying son.
It was a very special trip - one I will cherish forever. I'm really fortunate, and grateful, to have experienced this with my dad. Get out there folks!
